Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated

Is it really free to start watching?

Yes. The first three episodes of every series play without an account and without paying. You only need an account when you want to go further, save a watchlist, or keep your place across devices.

What are coins?

Coins unlock individual episodes. You can buy them in packs, or earn them free by checking in daily, watching a rewarded video, or inviting a friend who starts watching. An episode you unlock stays unlocked on your account permanently.

Do coins expire?

Coins you pay for never expire. Bonus coins from check-ins, ads and referrals may carry an expiry date, which is always shown in your coin history.

What is the difference between coins and Premium?

Coins suit dipping into a series here and there. Premium unlocks everything, removes ads, and adds bonus coins each month β€” it works out cheaper if you binge.

Can I watch in my own language?

Many series carry dubbed audio and subtitles in several languages. Look for the flags on a series page; you can switch language in the player at any time, including mid-episode.

Can I watch offline?

Downloads are available to Premium members in the mobile apps. Downloaded episodes stay available while your subscription is active.

Why is an episode locked when I already paid?

Unlocks are tied to your account, not your device. Make sure you are signed in with the same account you bought with. If it still looks wrong, contact us β€” we can see your unlock history and fix it.

How do I cancel Premium?

From your account page if you subscribed on the website, or through the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do you add new series?

New episodes land every day, and new series regularly. Follow the episode feed or turn on notifications to hear about them first.

Something is broken. What do I do?

Tell us on the contact page with the series and episode, and what you saw. Problems with playback or purchases are our highest priority.
